Hours of Operation
Elite Pro’s website is available 24 hours 7 days a week, including all major holidays. Our customer service department is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST, Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 3 PM, EST, on Saturdays. We are not open on Sundays and most major holidays. Aftermarket Parts
Elite Pro does not guarantee that products sold will conform to your specific state regulations. Always check your local ordinances before replacing an OEM part with an aftermarket part. Neither Elite Pro nor its suppliers can be held liable for expenses incurred as a result of installing a part that is not street legal.

Placing An Order
When placing an order please provide the following information
your first and last name
shipping address
daytime phone number
credit card orders: please indicate which type of credit card you are using, the credit card number, credit card authorization number (found on the back of the credit card), the expiration date, name as printed on the credit card and credit card billing address
the part you are ordering along with the part number(s) so that we may process your order as quickly as possible.
All charges are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Prices and product offerings are subject to change without notice.

PLEASE NOTE: All credit card orders must be shipped to the authorized billing address as issued by the credit card company. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to a P.O. Box. All products must be delivered to a home or business address only.

International Orders: All international orders must be prepaid by certified check or money order in U.S. Dollars. International customers are responsible for any and all importing duties and/or fees. Please not that some products are NOT available for International Sales.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipped and billed within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipped within the Commonwealth of Virginia will be charged the applicable sales tax of 5% (effective rate increase as of Sept. 1, 2004).
