Shipping
Unless otherwise advertised all purchases made from www.elitepro1.com are drop shipped directly from our distribution centers to you, using UPS, Fed Ex, USPS Post or other designated carriers. Please provide complete street addresses, including apartment or suite numbers. Our distribution centers will have your product shipped directly to you by the best and most cost efficent method available for your specific needs. Items that are in stock are usually shipped the same business day, providing that the order has been placed with Elite Pro's Sales center via web/phone, payment is verified, and security cleared by 4:30 pm EST. Orders received after 4:30 pm EST, will be processed the next business day. If not otherwise specified, all items are shipped via ground shipping. You have the option of requesting next day, second day, or third day delivery for an additional charge. Overseas shipping requirements are also available, as discribed in International Shipping.
Occasionally a backorder will happen when the demand for a certain items may overwhelm the manufacturers’ ability to keep our distribution centers supplied with adequate stock. In situations like this, if an In Stock item is oversold or unexpectedly backordered, the part will be ordered from the manufacturer. Once the part is obtained, it will be dropped shipped and or delivered to you, as soon as the item becomes available. In the event of delays, Elite Pro will make every effort to notify you by E-mail or phone of the delay providing that you have supplied us with a correct telephone number or e-mail address and offered the opportunity to cancel any/all backorder items in which the customers will not be subjected to any cancelation fees. Usually, these items ship within 7-10 business days. However, in the case of an extended backorder, please allow up to six weeks. If immediate availability is a concern, please call and we will stock-check the item.
No shipping is done on Saturday or Sunday. Note: According to Visa™, and MasterCard™ regulations, Elite Pro or its distributors, are not allowed to ship products to an address that is not on file with the credit card holder’s bank. This address can be the customer’s billing address, or an authorized “ship-to” address.*
*Important Notes:
- On all credit card purchases, the BILLING and SHIPPING addresses must be on file with the bank/credit card company. It is the customer’s responsibility to call and add alternate shipping addresses with their credit card company. Elite Pro recommends this being done before placing the order if the customer has any doubt about this.
- Orders that do not fill this requirement will not ship
- Please allow 24 Hours for all credit card purchases, so we can verify the account before processing the order.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping All airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. Orders must be received by 3pm EST.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S destinations generally are shipped using one of our above listed carriers. Normal delivery time to be expected is 4 to 7 business days from the date of your order.
All International Shipping US Express Mail or FedEx shipping is generally used. You will be charged separately after the weight and amount are calculated. Elite Pro will notify you as soon as the shipping charges are determined so you may proceed with your order. We are not responsible for delays in customs. Please allow for additional charges for special handling and packaging. We charge a $20 flat handling fee on all international orders in addition to calculated shipping charges.
Due to the Difficultities in AUTHENTICATING INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD billing addresses, ElitePro reserves the right to limit all International purchases to be paid through CASHIERS CHECK,MONEY ORDER, or by PAYPAL (confirmed paypal shipping addresses only) To confirm shipping methods contact Sales@elitepro1.com. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order. We reserve the right to ship any alternative way that meets or exceeds the customer's delivery needs.
Expedited Services (Next Day, Two Day or Three Day) Please keep in mind that selecting Next Day, Two Day, or Three Day services DOES NOT GUARANTEE shipments will be delivered in the selected amount of time. Expedited orders are subject to the same quality control and security clearance procedures as non-expedited orders, so despite our best efforts, we may not be able to ship expedited orders the same day they are placed.
Next Business Day Delivery (by the end of the business day in most areas), Two Day Business Day Delivery, and 3-Day Delivery are available only in the continental US for an added cost that is in addition to our normal handling charges. Cost is based on weight and destination. Please call for pricing.
Once shipped, the carrier guarantees the following:

Falilure to except package If customer fails to take delivery of item once it has been shipped, and the item is returned to elite pro’s distribution center. The customer will be charged for the item to be reshipped and/or a additional 5% restocking fee. If after numerous unsuccessful shipping attempts are made, and item is returned to our distribution center elite pro and or item is not claimed within 90 days of last failed attempt without prior notification, Elite Pro will not offer a full refund of Item, in addition all items purchased are subjected to an additional restocking fee of 5% of the overall price of item and any reshipping fee’s will be paid for by customer.
Special Handling Items Special Handling Items are large or bulky items that incur higher shipping costs than Non-Special Handling Items. This includes, but is NOT limited to, Body Kits, Spoilers, Fenders,and Hoods. Discounts or Promotions on freight charges do not apply to Special Handling Items. Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping services are not available for Special Handling Items. Some large or heavy items may need to be shipped via truck freight. Please be aware of any special notes or lengthy availability times that may apply to these items.
Shipping charges for all hoods are a flat rate of $150 each in the continental U.S., and will be shipped by trucking or appropriate carrier (selected by Elite Pro).
Shipping charge for all body kits are a flat $180 each set in the continental U.S., and will be shipped by trucking or appropriate carrier (selected by Elite Pro).
These additional charges will be added to your order once they are placed.
Due to Certain freight carriers' specifications, some items are subject to an additional oversize/non-box charge in addition to our normal shipping charges.

Hazardous materials must be shipped by ground at an additional $20.00 per box,
All items designated "Shipped Via Truck Freight" will be invoiced an additional $59, $79, $89 or $99 ($119, $159, $179 or $199 for Crate Motor freight), based upon your zip code. This price includes to-your-door-delivery. Our normal handling charges apply to these items, as well. Crate motors & short blocks delivered to residential addresses may incur additional charges for equipment to unload.
